Paddock becomes first Ironman with cerebral palsy – Marcia C. Smith, Orange County Register
Bonner Paddock, 37, of Newport Coast, became the first person with cerebral palsy to complete the Ironman World Championships on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, in Hawaii.
Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) is one of 21 private, nonprofit organizations contracted by the State of California to coordinate lifelong services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
