Attached is a guide produced and provided by the California Health and Human Services Agency regarding new federal policy changes to be implemented beginning October 15, 2019, regarding Public Charge.  Public charge is a term used in immigration law to refer to a person who is or might be dependent on public programs as their main source of support.
