  • Early Intervention Program (EIP) of Laguna Beach provides group-based therapy for developmentally delayed infants from birth to one year at no cost to families
  • **Orange County Head Start, Inc. (OCHSI) provides a comprehensive child development program in numerous locations throughout O.C. at no cost to preschool children; eligibility is determined by family income or a child’s special needs.  Head Start serves children.  Early Head Start serves children from birth through 36 months in-home and in centers.
  • Rancho Santiago Community College Early Head Start serves expectant mothers and families with infants and toddlers, 0 to 3 years in their home.  A trained Parent Educator/Master Teacher will conduct home visits.
  • Tichenor Orthopedic Clinic for Children is an early intervention program for children from 18 – 36 months old who have developmental delays. Occupational, physical, and speech-language therapists help parents incorporate developmental activities into daily routines.
  • Think Together is free for all children 0-5 years and their parents,  in Orange County.  Currently offered via Learning Genie and Zoom.
