  • **Disabled Dealer is an online catalogue of items for sale posted by individuals; includes ramp systems, lifts, wheelchairs, modified vehicles, hand controls, scooters, etc.
  • **Disabled Parking Placard is issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). This placard is transferable from vehicle to vehicle whenever the person with disabilities is a passenger. It is usable in specially marked disabled parking spaces and will enable the driver to park free at parking meters. Permanent parking placards are valid for two years.
