  • Books Build Connections Toolkit offered by American Academy of Pediatrics helps parents explore and expand their understanding of early literacy.
  • Early Intervention Program (EIP) of Laguna Beach provides group-based therapy for developmentally delayed infants from birth to one year at no cost to families
  • Learning Links are offered in a variety of locations around the county for young children and their parents.
  • **Orange Children & Parents Together provides education, family and health  services, and promotes school readiness for children 0 – 5 with Early Head Start, Head Start and State Preschool programs, including those with special needs.
  • **Orange County Head Start, Inc. (OCHSI) provides a comprehensive child development program in numerous locations throughout O.C. at no cost to preschool children; eligibility is determined by family income or child’s special needs.  Head Start serves children.  Early Head Start serves children from birth through 36 months in-home and in-centers.
  • Pathways provides useful information and videos on sensory integration, importance of tummy time, torticollis and plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome).
  • Rancho Santiago Community College Early Head Start serves expectant mothers and families with infants and toddlers, 0 to 3 years in their home.  A trained Parent Educator/Master Teacher will conduct home visits.
  • Tichenor Orthopedic Clinic for Children is an early intervention program for children from 18 – 36 months old who have developmental delays. Occupational, physical and speech-language therapists help parents incorporate developmental activities into daily routines.
