  • **Selective Service System requires that all 18-year-old males register, even if disabled.

  • **Transition Planning Resource Directory for Adults with Developmental Disabilities provided by the Orange County Depart of Education in Cooperation with RCOC.
  • Transition Self-Advocacy Students with disabilities are learning to advocate for themselves.  Hear tips from other students with disabilities who have learned to advocate for themselves in high school, at work, and at college.  This page includes a wide range of written materials for youth, such as the IEP Owner’s Manual
